HOW TO USE

Easily add this water-soluble powder to coffee, tea, smoothies, or your favourite recipe.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Mix 1/2 TSP (1 serving, 1250 mg) once daily into 8 oz (250 mL) hot beverage of choice, or smoothie and consume. Take with food to avoid digestive upset.
