Recommended Use: Source of fungal polysaccharides with immunomodulating properties. Used in herbal medicine to support the immune system, and as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress).
Recommended Dose: Take ¼ tsp (1g) 1-4 times per day. To avoid stomach upset, take with food/meal. Can be added to a hot beverage, smoothie, or oatmeal. Can also be used in soups, stocks and salad dressings.
